FAQ/Policies

  • Orders:

    •  Because our products are made to order, the average lead time for new orders is 6-8 weeks.

    • Orders are fufilled in the order they are received.

    • Lead time for custom orders may vary based on the additional time to coordinate with the client, design the product, purchase material, and prepare the order. You will be provided with an ETA at time of order and updated when possible.

    • You will receive an email after placing any order confirming the details of your order. Please inform us of any descrepencies you identify with your order details or contact information in the confirmation email.

  • MATERIAL QUALITY AND SELECTION

    • ​Leather is a natural material, as such, slight variations of color or texture between batches may occur. We will do our best to ensure consistency in our products so that you receive what you expect.

    • We pledge to adhere to the level of quality you have come to expect from us and will do our best to ensure the durability and longevity of our products are maintained. 

    • If a material selection is not available at time of purchase, we will contact you to inform you of the expected time to restock, offer available alternatives, or offer a full refund.

  • SHIPPING:

    • Finalized orders are shipped on Saturday morning each week.

    • All orders (Domestic and International) are shipped via USPS. 

    • Customers may pickup their orders in person. Please select "Pickup in Person" at checkout. You will be contacted when your order is ready to schedule a pickup time and date based on our availability.

  • PAYMENT

    • Payment is due in full at time of purchase.

    • We accept PayPal (Goods and Services) or Credit Card.

    • If you place a custom order, you will receive an invoice after receiving and agreeing to a custom work quote.

  • REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

    • All sales are final.  

    • A refund or exchange is available to customers who experience problems due to workmanship or material defect upon inspection of the returned item.

    • Refunds or exchanges are not available in the event of negligent or incorrect use of a product.

    • As our products are made to order, refunds or exchanges are not available in the event a customer decides they prefer a different product or configuration of the product they purchased.

    • As custom projects are individualized, refunds or exchanges are not available except in the case of workmanship error or material defect as outlined above.
